岗位职责Responsibilities:
- 承担班主任工作并负责本班级学生学习和生活上的所有支持性事务。
To undertake the job of “Class Supervisor” and to engage with a wide range of student-related activities.
- 负责与学生和家长各种形式的沟通与协调；
To communicate with students and parents;
- 积极参与学校教务处学生处组织的各种教研、培训、讲座等活动；
To take an active role in all kinds of activities such as teaching and researching/ training/ seminars organized by the school and the department;
- 协助外教做好课堂及课后教学辅助工作；
To assist foreign teachers;
- 对学生学业水平和学习潜力进行阶段性评估；
To assess and evaluate on students’ current academic level and potential growth;
岗位要求Requirements:
- 全日制本科或硕士学历（具有硕士学历者优先）
Bachelor’s degree or above, candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred;
- 认真、负责、细致，对学生有耐心和责任心；
Patient, reliable, responsible, detailed-oriented;
- 有志于国际教育行业，有较强的合作精神，沟通能力强；
Committed to international education profession; good team player with excellent communication skills;
- 英语听说读写能力优秀，英语口音标准，口语流利，语法基础扎实，能够阅读全英文教学材料；
Good command of English in terms of reading/writing/listening/speaking, with good pronunciation and grammar; capable of reading textbooks in English；
